Led product strategy and experience design for a SaaS platform helping small to mid-sized merchants synchronize inventory and product data across point-of-sale and eCommerce systems.
Led UX research and product design for Post IQ — an AI-powered platform helping retailers transform product catalogs into social-ready video content.
Independent Consultant
Worked with companies including across retail, eCommerce, digital platforms, and PropTech to clarify product direction and improve digital experiences. Lead designer for Westfield Labs.
